In the week of May 5, we will have an online catechism class on Tuesday at 8:30 PM. We will continue meditating on the mystery of Jesus and His redemptive work. On Thursday at 7:00 PM, there will be a meeting of the Parish Pastoral Council at the Club. On Friday at 4:45 PM, preparation for the First Holy Communion will continue at the Club. Next Sunday at 10:30 AM, Patrik Petr Kucmera will be baptized at the Church of the Holy Family.
In the week of May 12, there will be an online Bible study on Tuesday at 8:30 PM. We will continue the theme of Jesus' Sermon on the Mount. On Friday at 4:45 PM, we will continue preparation for the First Holy Communion at the Club. On Saturday, May 18 at 9:00 AM, a Holy Mass will be celebrated at the grave of Babinský in the cemetery of Řepy for homeless people. I invite everyone who wants to support these neighbors, whether through common prayer or simply by their presence. On Saturday, Mass will be moved from the regular time of 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM due to the vigil before the descent of the Holy Spirit. This Mass will be longer, approximately 1.5 hours.
In the week of May 19, there will be an online catechism class on Tuesday at 8:30 PM. On Friday at 4:45 PM, we will continue preparation for the First Holy Communion. I would like to invite everyone to the parish picnic, which will take place on Sunday, June 9 at 3 PM in the garden of the Home, just like last year. The flyer is attached to the article.
In the week of May 26, there will be a meeting for altar servers on Monday at 5:00 PM at the Church of the Holy Family. There will be no online class on Tuesday this week. On Thursday, we celebrate the Feast of the Body and Blood of the Lord in the Archdiocese. There will be no Holy Mass in the parish; I invite you to the Holy Mass in Strahov at 5:00 PM. The main celebrant will be the Archbishop. This feast in our parish will be postponed to Sunday. On Saturday at 2:00 PM, Mia Dudková and Matěj Dudka will be baptized at the Church of the Holy Family. Next Sunday we will celebrate the Feast of the Body and Blood of the Lord in the parish. There will be First Holy Communion during the Mass, followed by adoration at the end of the Holy Mass. Next Sunday there will be parish coffee after the Holy Mass; I ask for the provision of refreshments. Thank you in advance.

Hello, dear parents, we are starting the preparation for the summer camp and we are sending the applications. This year there is a change in leadership. This year, I will be the head leader for the first time, but still under the supervision of Kuba Rezek.
Once again, you have a fantastic opportunity to enroll your children in the Malejov camp. They will enjoy a great program in the beautiful nature of South Bohemia. The campsite will again be located near Vyšší Brod in a picturesque Šumava valley through which the Menší Vltavice river flows.
If you know someone else who might be interested in our camp, feel free to contact them as well. The camp will take place from July 13 to 27, 2024, at a campsite near Vyšší Brod. Message from the Archdiocese: This year, Pope Francis has declared a World Day for Children, which will take place in Rome on May 25-26 and globally at the diocesan level. In connection with the ongoing Year of Prayer, we will create a prayer network with the name "Children for Children" in our evangelization and catechetical project Wolf's Den, which will take the form of a novena and begin on May 16. Each day of the novena will feature a video about one of the child saints. In each video, we will also pray together (not just) with the children. In the attachment of the article, there is a flyer not only for young people, created within the framework of the Commission of the Bishops' Conference of the European Union. This was created out of the desire of member organizations to help their members – and also all young Catholics from all over Europe – to navigate the sometimes unclear contexts of the upcoming elections for the European Parliament, which will take place in June 2024.
